When is the conference?

The NPIAP 2025 Annual Conference will take place February 27th and 28th, with preconference sessions on February 26th.

How do I register for the conference, or update an existing registration?

To register, please visit our pricing and registration page. If you have any trouble registering, or would like to update an existing registration, please contact our Member Services team at 847-375-4830 or office@npiap.com.

How do I attend a preconference session?

The preconference sessions taking place on February 26th require an additional registration. Anyone who is not registered will not be permitted to enter the sessions. To add a preconference session to your registration, please contact our Member Services team at 847-375-4830 or office@npiap.com.

Will there be any opportunities to network with the NPIAP Board of Directors?

Yes! Please join us on Wednesday, February 26th from 6:00-7:30PM CT in the Grand Hall for a “Meet the NPIAP Board Cocktail Hour”!

What is the policy on cancellations?

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to office@npiap.com. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations dated by February 3, 2025. No refunds will be made under any circumstances on cancellations dated after February 3, 2025. Refunds, if approved, will be issued 2-4 weeks after the meeting.

How do I access the schedule?

There are several locations where you can access the conference schedule. First, our conference website. We will also have a large sign near the registration desk containing the ‘Schedule-at-a-Glance’ with session times and titles. A limited number of printed copies of the agenda will also be available near the registration desk. You can also access real-time updates in the 2025 Mobile App!

Is there a mobile app for the conference?

Yes, information about downloading the NPIAP 2025 Annual Conference mobile app will be emailed to registrants ahead of the conference. There will also be several QR codes on-site that you can scan to download the app.

To access the mobile app:

1.     Scan the QR code at the bottom of this page, or go to the Apple Store or Google Play Store and search for NPIAP Annual Conference.

2.     Install the NPIAP app on your device

3.     Find the NPIAP 2025 icon under "Latest Events" or search for "NPIAP 2025." Tap the event icon to launch the event.

4.     All attendees should enter the credentials provided from office@npiap.com and select Login.

How do I access presentation slides?

To access the presentation slides for a session, navigate to the schedule in the mobile app, select the session you are interested in, and click ‘Materials’.

How do I earn CE credits for the conference?

After the conference, you will receive a link via email to complete the evaluation form. Once completed, you will receive your CE certificate. The deadline to complete the evaluation and download your certificate is before April 1st, 2025.

Will any of the sessions be available later on-demand?

No, NPIAP does not currently offer on-demand conference recordings.
